Second Chance Pet Care is currently building its emergency assistance fund. 

Our goal is to provide financial assistance for pet owners experiencing hardship during veterinary emergencies. 

Eligibility will depend on available funding and medical urgency. 

If you are experiencing a veterinary emergency and need assistance, please complete the assistance request form below. 

Because our application requires document uploads (such as veterinary estimates), the form will open in a secure Google form.
